Delivery area
BreezeNova is intended to serve customers within South Africa only. Actual eligible addresses and delivery rates must be confirmed through Shopify checkout before launch.
Free shipping · awaiting verification
Free shipping planned for all products and bundles except the standalone ice bucket. Shopify checkout rates still await configuration and verification. Bundles remain eligible when the ice bucket is included. A separately added ice bucket carries R80 delivery per order, including in a mixed order.
Supplier processing & delivery
The supplier record checked on 16 October 2026 lists 0–2 business days for processing, a 2 pm SAST cut-off, and 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatch. These are supplier estimates, not a guaranteed BreezeNova delivery timeframe. Current availability and fulfilment arrangements still require confirmation.
Tracking your order
The intended process is to send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link once the order is dispatched. Shopify notifications and fulfilment tracking need to be verified before launch.
Supplier delivery cost
The last recorded supplier delivery charge is R79 per order for small items weighing 0–9.99 kg. This is an internal supplier cost, not an approved customer shipping rate. It must be included in the cost review and rechecked before launch.
Delays or delivery issues
Use the support details in your order confirmation for an existing order. BreezeNova’s public support contact and procedures for missing, incorrect or delayed deliveries still need owner approval.
