The details
Terms & conditions
A clear foundation for shopping with BreezeNova. Draft terms pending owner and legal approval.
These terms are not final
The storefront is being prepared for launch. Business identity, address, support contact, payment methods and legal terms require review before purchases are opened. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude non-waivable South African consumer rights.
Products & supplier information
Descriptions distinguish recorded supplier information from details requiring confirmation. Images are supplier references and image-use permission must be confirmed. Fan power requirements, power-bank output and compatibility, and oil specifications are confirmed by BreezeNova. Essential oils must not be added to fan water tanks.
Prices & purchase availability
All displayed proposed prices remain subject to owner approval. Essential Cooling Bundle: R1080; Aroma Comfort Bundle: R1299; Double Comfort Bundle: R2099; Scent Cares Oils: R199. Standalone fan, power bank and ice bucket selling prices are not yet set. Purchases are blocked until price approval and live Shopify availability requirements are met.
Orders & payment
The intended flow is to add an available item to your bag and complete payment through Shopify checkout. The final terms must confirm order acceptance, inventory handling, tax treatment, payment methods and cancellation procedures. This custom storefront does not collect payment-card details.
Delivery & returns
South African delivery is intended. Free shipping excludes the standalone ice bucket; bundles containing it remain eligible. Free shipping is not a verified offer until actual Shopify rates display R0 for eligible orders. Shipping and returns pages contain draft arrangements, not approved final commitments.
Safe use
This is a personal cooling fan, not a replacement for whole-room air conditioning. The fan is compatible with standard 5V USB power banks. Use clean water only in the fan tank; oils can clog misting nozzles and should be applied to aroma sponges or used in standard oil diffusers. Follow the exact product manual and do not infer electrical, food-contact or cosmetic safety certification from the storefront.
Governing law & contact
The intended market is South Africa. Governing law, dispute resolution procedures, business identity and contact details require professional review. The final policy must meet applicable consumer, ecommerce and privacy obligations before launch.
